How Every Sale Gets Tracked

Two-Signal Attribution
Every creator gets both a link (cookie-based) and a code (checkout-based). Either captures the sale. Belt AND suspenders.

30-Day Cookie + Server-Side Backup
Browser cookie lasts 30 days. We also log the click server-side so ad blockers and iOS privacy modes don't kill attribution. Code always wins if used.

Last-Touch Wins (No Disputes)
If multiple affiliates touched the sale, the most recent link/code gets 100% credit. No split-commission fights. Simple rule, creator-friendly.

14-Day Confirmation Hold
Commission sits in "pending" until return window closes. If the item is kept, commission unlocks automatically. No action needed from creator.

Monthly Auto-Payout
1st of every month, all cleared commissions hit. No withdrawal requests, no waiting. Just land in their account.

Creator Benefit of the Doubt Rule
If tracking is ambiguous (e.g. cookie expired but creator posted proof), McCoy ops manually reviews and credits. We'd rather over-pay by 1% than under-pay and lose a creator.
